All content published by Living Italy Real Estate — including Italy Insider issues, blog articles, and auction picks — is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making property or financial decisions.
Judicial auction picks are based on publicly available information and our own analysis. We do not guarantee accuracy or outcomes. Property purchases involve risk.
4. Subscription and Payment
- Italy Insider is billed monthly at €9.90/month via Stripe
- You may cancel at any time via your Stripe customer portal
- Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period
- We do not offer refunds for partial months
5. Intellectual Property
All content published in Italy Insider and on livingitalyrealestate.com is the intellectual property of Living Italy Real Estate. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our content without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Living Italy Real Estate is not liable for any losses arising from decisions made based on our content. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
8. Changes to Terms
